Caveat Emptor
The KID-1420 was created for the US market. The dictionary words are tailored to the US educational system, the voice has an American accent, the spellings are American (e.g. colour is "corrected" to color, the word colour is not recognized as a valid alternative spelling). All of which make it less than ideal for the UK market.
We stock it because if you really need a talking children's dictionary (and can accept the American bias) then this is the only one that we are aware of.
If you would prefer a children's dictionary that was designed for the UK market, and can do without speech, then we recommend the LWB-1216.

Returns
If your item does is not quite what you expected or is unsuitable for any other reason, we will happily take it back and refund your money but may have to charge additional postage. Any items returned to us must be in re-saleable condition. If an item is faulty we will of course replace it or refund your money if a replacement is unavailable. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. All faulty items must be returned to The Dyslexia Shop in the same condition as when it left our depot, in it’s original and undamaged packaging.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items lost without proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
