The story of The Merchant of Venice is first presented in narrative form, following the act and scene structure of the original play. This is very helpful because students often have difficulty in fully understanding a story when presented as a play because of the lack of contextual information. The narrative form allows the student to grasp the essence of the story early on.
The story is then presented in play format, again following the act and scene structure of the original play, but in abbreviated form and using simplified language. This acts as a stepping stone to understanding the original Shakespearian text and, if appropriate, it is possible to read this book and Shakespeare's text side-by-side.

Returns
If your item does is not quite what you expected or is unsuitable for any other reason, we will happily take it back and refund your money but may have to charge additional postage. Any items returned to us must be in re-saleable condition. If an item is faulty we will of course replace it or refund your money if a replacement is unavailable. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. All faulty items must be returned to The Dyslexia Shop in the same condition as when it left our depot, in it’s original and undamaged packaging.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items lost without proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
