Pace your order before 2.30 pm and we will despatch your order the same day! [Monday to Friday, excludes bank holidays].

If you place your order after 2.30 pm, we will do our best to despatch it the same day, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to despatch the same day, your order will be despatched the next working day.

 We also offer a next working day delivery service, for UK orders only, using a tracked courier service. Orders must be placed before 14:30hrs for same day despatch

This excludes Saturday deliveries - please contact our Customer Service Team if you require a Saturday delivery.
 

Delivery Services

We try to offer you a range of delivery services that suit your requirements yet still offer value for money.

At the beginning of the Checkout process, when you are looking at your Basket, you will have the option to select your delivery country and then choose from a range of delivery services that are available to your location. The pricing for each location is summarised below.

UK orders will be delivered using either Royal Mail or DPD

Overseas destinations will be processed in the UK by either Royal Mail or DPD, then delivered locally by their chosen agents.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package. Please check the condition of the package before signing for it; if it is damaged, please do not accept it.

If you do choose to accept a damaged parcel, please sign for it as ‘damaged’. If you don’t, The Dyslexia Shop cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Deliveries Not Received

We primarily use Royal Mail for all our deliveries across the UK and worldwide. Unfortunately, there are occasions when parcels get lost in transit and you need to make a claim for a missing parcel. If your order has not been delivered within 28 working days, please email the The Dyslexia Shop Team [email protected]

 

As part of the claim process, Royal Mail will send you a questionnaire. For your claim to be processed, and your missing order refunded, you must complete and return this questionnaire to Royal Mail. If it is not returned to them, we will not be able to refund your missing parcel.
