What is the IPEVO ENSEMBLE?

The IPEVO ENSEMBLE is a complete wireless conferencing audio system made up of 6 IPEVO VOCAL AI beamforming speakerphones and the IPEVO VOCAL HUB. It is designed for employers, facilities managers and IT teams equipping large and multipurpose rooms and conference halls of about 7.7 m x 4.3 m, seating 16 to 24 people.

How it helps

In a large room, one speakerphone cannot reach everyone, and remote attendees miss what is said at the far end. The ENSEMBLE spreads 6 VOCALs around the room and synchronises them through the VOCAL HUB, which connects to the meeting computer by USB. Every voice is picked up close to the speaker, and the call is heard clearly from every seat.

Each VOCAL uses 2-way AI noise reduction, which IPEVO says was trained on over 500 million data, plus acoustic echo cancellation. The hub links to the VOCALs over Bluetooth at up to 15 metres, and each VOCAL runs for up to 40 hours on battery. The included USB charging station tops up the VOCALs from 0% to 100% in about 3.5 hours.

Choosing the right IPEVO kit

Each VOCAL has a built-in rechargeable battery giving up to 40 hours via Bluetooth at 50% speaker volume. The VOCAL HUB is powered over USB (DC 5 V, 500 mA).
