Fitness Mad Stability Cushion 36cm - An ideal tool for improving balance and posture; you can kneel on the cushion whilst exercising to improve core strength or you can sit on it to tone abdominal muscles whilst sitting at your desk.
This cushion has one side fitted with nodules for foot massage and sensory work, as well as providing extra grip when used for posture work.. The other side is smooth, which some may find more comfortable when used as a seat.
The cushion has sloping edges, which reduces the surface area in contact with the user, increasing the degree of work required to maintain the correct posture, thereby enhancing the benefit of using the Stability Cushion.
The cushion can also be used for a variety of exercises such as push-ups, the unstable surface simply makes the exercises harder by engaging in the core muscles.
The cushion can be inflated with your mouth without the need for a pump. To deflate, simply partially remove the stopper and let the air out until the cushion reaches the desired hardness.
